On Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 10:00 am we will be conducting a live public auction on a number of delinquent storage units.  The final number of units to be auctioned off will be determined that day.  These units usually contain furniture, clothing, appliances, tools, electronics, housewares, lawn & garden, toys, antiques, and other valuable items. The entire units contents will be sold as "one lot", "as is" and "where is" to the highest bidder. The storage unit will not be opened until the time of sale.  You will not be able to enter the unit or open any boxes. You will be bidding on the contents only by a visual inspection.  A $50 CASH DEPOSIT is required for each unit purchased, refundable when unit is cleaned out.  All items must be removed within 24 hours from the end of the auction.  Removal of items shall be at the risk, liability and expense of the purchaser.

TERMS:  Cash immediately after the last unit is auctioned.  ID is required to register for the auction. Sales tax must be added on auction bids unless exempt. French Creek Self Storage reserves the right to withdraw any unit from Pulbic Sale at any time.  

DIRECTIONS:  Conveniently located on French Creek Road between Abbe and Moon Road. Exit I-90 at Detroit Road. Take Detroit Rd. east to Abbe Rd. Turn north onto Abbe to French Creek. Turn east onto French Creek.
