On Thursday, September 25, 2008 at 10:00 am we will be conducting a live public auction on a number of delinquent storage PODS.  The final number of PODS to be auctioned off will be determined that day.  These PODS usually contain furniture, clothing, appliances, tools, electronics, housewares, lawn & garden, toys, antiques, and other valuable items. The entire PODS contents will be sold as "one lot", "as is" and "where is" to the highest bidder. The PODS will not be opened until the time of sale.  You will not be able to enter the PODS or open any boxes. You will be bidding on the contents only by a visual inspection.  A $50 CASH DEPOSIT is required for each unit purchased, refundable when unit is cleaned out.  All items must be removed within 24 hours from the end of the auction.  Removal of items shall be at the risk, liability and expense of the purchaser.

TERMS:  Cash immediately after the last unit is auctioned.  ID is required to register for the auction. Sales tax must be added on auction bids unless exempt. DIRECTIONS:  Take the Ohio Turnpike and exit 187 / Route 14. South on Route 14 to first street on right Mondial Parkway. Right onto Mondial and left onto Rosemont Dr.
